Description
- Office Support: Oversee the inventory and ordering of office supplies, coordinate logistics for staff events, annual awards, and staff appreciation initiatives. Maintain inventory for marketing supplies and handle other general administrative tasks.
- Conference Support: Manage registrations, shipping, and logistical support for our participation in over 50 conferences annually.
- Database Support: Conduct data research, database searches, and list research. Assist with maintaining data hygiene to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information.
- Communications/Marketing Calendar Support: Ensure monthly maintenance notices, holiday messages, and other relevant announcements are updated on our website and Google listing. Ensure the marketing calendar is updated with key dates, initiatives, and conference details.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide assistance with onsite HR, IT, or accounting tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to various areas of the business.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay on task and see it through to completion.
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Maintain discretion in working with sensitive and confidential information.
- Exhibit a commitment to lifelong learning, encourage others to do so and continue to grow technically and interpersonally to perform the job at the highest levels of competency.
- High School diploma, GED required. Bachelor’s or working toward a degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience with the responsibilities outlined above or similar.
- Highly proficient in G-suite applications.
- Ability to comfortably navigate various functions in Excel.
- Experience with graphics, Adobe Creative Suite, social media, or other marketing tools is a plus.
